It is embroidered with floral patterns.

Right: part of a bride’s jacket which is embroidered with gold thread on silk velvet.

It is embroidered with a cross pattern.

These old Turkish ottoman embroidery fragments have definitely not been cut from an undamaged whole piece, but have obtained from embroideries that have been worned out in sections and in order to preseve its original state they have been framed using acid free paper mat and acid free glass.
