Refund Policy

Returns

 Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back;

  • If any item not in its original condition which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If any item which is returned 15 days after the date of delivery.

 Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for your returning item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of the product you change may vary.

For the shipping of return product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Shipments

All products are sent as insured by DHL Express. When the product reaches you, please open and check. If it is damaged, please follow the steps below;

  1. Do not accept the delivery.
  2. Take the photos of damaged product/products.
  3. Keep a record and sign together with cargo officer.
  4. Send an email to info@allanatolian.com by attaching the signed record and photos.

If you do these steps completley, same (if it is available in stock), simillar or product will be submitted to you again with free of charge. In case of any missing step, any product will not be able to be resent and refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to info@allanatolian.com and send your item to below company name and address.
